The Charles O. McGaughey Leadership Award

Established to provide financial support to designated students who demonstrate leadership abilities and appreciation for basic American values as evidenced by a record of achievement in service to the community and to the University. The award should go to a Junior or Senior with at least a 3.0 GPA.
